CLE Accreditation

ITechLaw is not a certified CLE provider but credits can be awarded in various jurisdictions through individual study application. The ITechLaw World Technology Conference & Annual Meeting in Las Vegas is CLE-accredited in Nevada, Pennsylania, Colorado, Texas, Oregon, Utah, Washington, New Mexico, Arizona* and California** at this time.

We anticipate CLE accreditation in additional states Florida, Illinois, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and will continue to provide updates as they are available.

You may request a letter confirming your registration (not attendance) for the meeting following the conference by contacting memberservices@itechlaw.org. For instructions and additional information on how to apply for CLE credits, please visit www.itechlaw.org/cle_policy.pdf.

*The State Bar of Arizona does not approve or accredit CLE activities for the mandatory continuing legal education requirement. This course may qualify for CLE credit in Arizona. Attendees who are licensed in Arizona are encouraged to review the applicable rules to make their own determination regarding qualification for continuing legal education credit.

**CLE accreditation is available in California, per reciprocity with the state of Nevada.
