Amy-Lynne Williams' law firm specializes in Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law, and she practices exclusively in the area of information technology law. Ms. Williams advises on outsourcing, privacy, e-commerce and Internet issues, international and domestic agreements for systems and technology transfers.
Ms. Williams has testified numerous times as an expert witness on outsourcing agreements and has served as an arbitrator on an international arbitration panel dealing with an IT dispute.
