What Your Registration Includes:
Your registration includes admission to the conference sessions, access to speaker presentations and papers, a comprehensive attendee list, access to exhibits, daily breakfast and lunch, and admittance to the Welcome Reception the evening of Wednesday, May 13. The Gala Reception and Dinner is not included and must be purchased separately during the registration process.

A discount is available for groups of 3 or more people registering from the same organization simultaneously. To receive the special rate, you must contact us before registering for the conference and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the group registration. Students must have a valid student ID in order to qualify for the student registration fees, which you may fax or email to ITechLaw (Fax (+1) 781-224-1239; Email: firstname.lastname@example.org) prior to the conference, or you must show your valid student ID when checking in at the conference to verify student status.
You may register on-site at the Annual Meeting and World Conference. However, only credit cards will be accepted for on-site registration; checks and cash will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference. We strongly encourage you to register in advance so that you will have a speedier check-in when you arrive at the conference.
Confirmation of your Registration
For registrations made on-line, confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you do not receive your confirmation after 30 days, please call (+1) 781-876-8877 or email email@example.com. Please note, payment for your registration must be received prior to the conference.
Refunds are available based on when you cancel. Cancellations made on or before April 9, 2009 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee to cover the processing cost. Cancellations made from April 10, 2009 to April 30, 2009 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after May 1, 2009 or for no-shows. You may substitute another person from your firm or company if you are unable to attend. Requests for refunds in accordance with this policy or substitutions may be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call (+1) 781-876-8877.
On or before April 9, 2009 – 100% refund (less $25)
April 10 – April 30, 2009 – 50% refund (less $25)
On or after May 1, 2009 – No refund
