Harold Little has more than 20 years of experience practicing technology law.  His experience includes work in the mobile telecommunications, media and technology, software, technical and hosted services, and Internet areas.  Mr. Little’s legal focus is on negotiating and drafting a very broad range of transactions, as well as intellectual property, international law, general corporate counseling, corporate compliance and governance, employment matters and mergers, acquisitions and financings.  Mr. Little enjoys the commercial challenges of working in-house, including the development and implementation of corporate strategy and policies.

Mr. Little graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and Wayne State University Law School, Detroit, Michigan.
