What does my registration fee include?
Your registration includes admission to the conference sessions, access to speaker presentations and papers, a comprehensive attendee list, access to exhibits, daily breakfast and lunch, and admittance to the Welcome Reception. The Gala Reception and Dinner is not included and must be purchased separately. To purchase tickets for the Gala Reception and Dinner, click here.
May I register onsite for the conference?
Yes, you may register onsite at the conference. However, only credit cards will be accepted for on-site registrations; checks and cash will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference. We strongly encourage you to register in advance so that you will have a speedier check-in when you arrive at the meeting.
Will I receive a refund if I have to cancel my registration?
Refunds are available based on when you cancel. Cancellations made on or before April 9, 2009 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee to cover the processing cost. Cancellations made from April 10, 2009 to April 30, 2009 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after May 1, 2009 or for no-shows. You may substitute another person from your firm or company if you are unable to attend. Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
For registrations made online, confirmation of registration will be immediately sent via email. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. Will I receive a receipt for my registration?
Your email confirmation will also serve as your conference registration receipt. If you need something more detailed, please call +1 (781) 876-8877 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have registered for the conference but would like to make changes to my name on my badge. How do I do this?
Your meeting badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so onsite at the conference registration desk. Or you may contact email@example.com with your requested change prior to the conference.

What is the dress code for the World Technology Law Conference?
Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events at the ITechLaw 2009 Annual Meeting. At the Gala Reception and Dinner, for which tickets must be purchased separately during the registration process, black tie is strongly encouraged; however, cocktail or business attire is also acceptable.
Will I have Internet access while at the conference?
Complimentary wireless Internet access will be available in ITechLaw's Internet café, located near the meeting room.

The Gala Reception and Dinner is the centerpiece of the World Technology Law Conference. This year it will take place at the fascinating Museum of Flight. All attendees of the ITechLaw Conference are invited to attend. Tickets must be purchased separately when you register for the meeting. Tickets will be available for purchase through Friday, May 8, 2009 and will not be available to purchase onsite at the meeting. Will there be vegetarian or other dietary meal options at the Conference and Gala Dinner?
Yes. Vegetarian options will be made available at the lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request; please contact email@example.com in advance with your request. For other dietary needs (such as kosher, gluten-free, etc.), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org in advance to discuss your requirements.
Can I receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for attending the ITechLaw World Technology Law Conference?
ITechLaw is not a certified CLE provider but credits can be awarded in various jurisdictions through individual study application. ITechLaw expects that this conference will be CLE-accredited in key jurisdictions in the United States. Further information will be provided in due course.
