Asa Kling handles various aspects of intellectual property law, antitrust law, commercial law, company law and international transactions. He has extensive experience representing Israeli and international clients in litigating issues of protection of patents, copyright and trademarks, and cross-border intellectual property enforcement, as well as handling technology licensing and investment transactions for technology companies.
Mr. Kling received his LL.B degree in 1997 from Tel Aviv University and B.S. degree in aerospace engineering in 1991 from The Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Before embarking on a career in law, he worked for six years as an aerospace research engineer, where he gained technological experience and an understanding of engineering that are material to his current work dealing with the protection of intellectual property.
He is a member of the Israel Bar Association, INTA and the AIPPI Israeli group.
