Daniel Glazer is the co-head of Fried Frank's Technology Transactions Group and is resident in the firm’s New York and London offices. Mr. Glazer has extensive experience structuring and negotiating complex domestic and cross-border IP and IT transactions. He regularly advises on IP, technology and commercial issues for a range of companies – from foundation-stage companies to Fortune 50 corporations – in industries such as telecommunications, financial services, software, digital media, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and sports.
Mr. Glazer’s practice includes all types of IP and technology-focused commercial agreements, such as licensing, outsourcing, development, consulting, manufacturing, supply, sponsorship, marketing, distribution and transfer arrangements, as well as the IP/IT aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and other complex corporate transactions. His practice also includes trademark and copyright counseling, enforcement and portfolio development.
