Paulo Brancher is a founding partner of Barretto Ferreira, Kujawski e Brancher Attorneys at Law (BKBG). He is also a Professor of Law at the Law School of São Paulo Catholic University, and holds a PhD in International Economic Relations Law from the same University. He is listed as arbitrator in the World Intellectual Property Organization Arbitration and Mediation Center (WIPO Center) and in the following international directories: “Who’s Who Legal”; “Chambers & Partners Latin America”; “Practical Law Company – Which Lawyer?” and “Best Lawyers.”

Mr. Brancher has performed as an expert witness in Brazilian law before the United States District Court – Southern District of New York. He has served as a Board Member of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw) since 2007, is the former Chairman of the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications Law (ABDTIC) and is a former Board Member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr).

Mr. Brancher speaks at national and international seminars and is author of books and articles published in Brazil and abroad. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French and Spanish.
