Glenn Bacal has advised leading companies in intellectual property matters for decades. His practice encompasses both litigation and counseling in the areas of trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, advertising, computer law and unfair competition. His clients are national, international and local. Mr. Bacal’s primary practice areas include intellectual property, trademarks and copyrights, Internet, computer, trade secrets, e-commerce law, and litigation.
Mr. Bacal is a co-author of nationally recognized publications about trademark law. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for well over a decade, as well as Superlawyers. He is a Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society. Mr. Bacal has been active for 25 years in International Trademark Association ("INTA"), including service as chair of the Publications Committee. Since 2003, Mr. Bacal has been an author of the Arizona chapter of INTA's State Trademark and Unfair Competition Law.
