Ole Horsfeldt is head of his firm's outsourcing practice group. He specializes in outsourcing of technology programs, application and maintenance services, infrastructure services, managed network services and business processes. He advises clients on strategic planning of outsourced services, multi-sourcing, procurement and renegotiation tactics. His practice also focuses on vendor management and project rescue, including dispute resolution related to outsourcing projects.

Mr. Horsfeldt is a board member of ITechLaw, chairman of the ITechLaw Outsourcing Committee, and a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals. He is the author of several books on IT contracting, including IT Outsourcing -- A Practical Handbook, published by Thomson. He is recognized in a number of directories with ratings such as "highly recommended" and "leading."
