Paulo Brancher is listed in the international directories Who's Who Legal, Chambers & Partners Latin America 2009, Practical Law Company - Which Lawyer? and Best Lawyers. He is a Board member of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), and an Associate member of the American Bar Association, Section of International Law and Section of Antitrust Law. He is a member of the Antitrust and Economic Regulation Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association/São Paulo Chapter (CECORE -- OAB/SP).

Mr. Brancher is an Arbitrator listed with the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center. He is former Chairman of the Brazilian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications Law (ABDI), former Board Member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), former Chairman of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce's Legal Committee, and former Rapporteur of the Second Ethics and Discipline Tribunal of the Brazilian Bar Association/São Paulo Chapter (OAB/SP). He is a speaker at national and international seminars and is the author of books and articles published in Brazil and in other countries.

He holds an LL.B from PUC/SP Law School, with studies focused on International Public Law, International Commercial Law and Economic Law; an LL.M in Comparative Civil Law from PUC/SP; and a PhD in International Economic Law from PUC/SP.
