Sandra A. Jeskie has a diverse national practice focused on business and technology-based litigation. She often serves as a court-appointed Special Master in technology and IP cases. She is the past President of ITechLaw, Chair of Duane Morris' Information Technology and Telecom practice group and co-chair of the firm's e-discovery practice.  Before practicing law, she spent
16 years as a computer scientist. 

Ms. Jeskie has taught at dozens of professional education conferences in the United States and around the world, is a co-author of chapters in the acclaimed treatise Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts, as well as The Woman Advocate and Inside the Minds and is often quoted in the press. She was recently named one of the 2012 Most Powerful and Influential Women of Pennsylvania. 

In addition to her law degree, she has M.B.A. and a B.A. in computer science.
