Dr. Christian Frank

Dr. Christian Frank is advising technology driven companies in various field including licensing, IP and data protection matters of their regular operations as well as in technology relating transactions, strategic alliances and outsourcing. He represents clients ranging from start-ups to large public companies. For  many years, his work is constantly recommended in legal guides such as Juve or Chambers.

After having taken the French "Licence en droit" at the University of Paris II/Assas in 1991, he completed both German legal state exams in Munich in 1993 and 1995. Dr. Frank joined Taylor Wessing in 1996 and graduated as Dr. jur. in Munich in 1999.

Dr. Frank frequently publishes articles in legal journals and authors chapters in legal manuals on topics relating to his practice and area of expertise. He is regularly invited to speak at conferences and has been lecturing at the two Universities in Munich since more than 9 years. Being an active member of the German Society of Law and Informatics (DGRI), Dr. Frank is currently serving as Director of the Board of the ITechLaw Association
