Adam Rattray is the head of Information and External Relations Section at WIPO. At the Arbitration and Mediation Center, Mr. Rattray works with the IP Disputes Management Section. He is active in the management of the Center’s database of 1,500 neutrals available for appointment by parties in disputes filed with the Center, as well as ensuring that caseload needs are met by its team of some 30 lawyers, including those working within the Center’s Domain Name Dispute Resolution Section.
Before joining the WIPO Mr. Rattray worked at the law firm White & Case as a member of the WTO and international trade law practice. Prior to that, he was on the legal staff at the United Nations Compensation Commission, a UN Security Council body, where he led the review of installments of corporate and individual claims for compensation arising from the Gulf War (1991). Mr. Rattray holds a J.D. degree from American University’s Washington College of Law.
