Andriani Ferti

Andriani Ferti joined Clifford Chance in 2008.  Her client mandates include cases associated with the application of EU competition rules involving major technology companies, as well as EU IP and IT policies. Ms. Ferti has worked on prominent EU matters, especially related to the ICT industry, such as the Microsoft cases before the European Commission, the General Court, the Oracle/Sun merger, and the revision of the EU Telecoms Package. 

Ms. Ferti served as a rapporteur of the Digital Greece 2020 working group on interoperability and open standards, and recently spoke at a public hearing organised by the European Parliament ITRE Committee as an expert in interoperability matters.

A member of the Athens Bar, Ms. Ferti graduated cum laude from the Law School at the University of Athens, and received her LL.M. degree from Berkeley Law at the University of California, Berkeley.
