President's Letter from Dr. Ursula Widmer
Dear ITechLaw Members and Colleagues,
As a member of ITechLaw for many years, serving the association
on both the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, I have
watched ITechLaw develop from a mostly US association into an
international association now representing 53 countries and five
continents.
I am deeply honored to have been elected the new President of
ITechLaw, the world's leading association of legal experts who
concentrate on technology issues with a particular emphasis
on information technology and telecommunications.
I would like to welcome those who are similarly interested as
new members, to enjoy the excellent education, publications and
networking benefits that we provide. Tell us what you like, get
involved, speak at our conferences, interact within our
specialized committees, send us your news and articles to be
published in the quarterly eBulletin
and the monthly eNews.
I hope to see you at one of our
conferences this year in India or Brussels and in 2010 in Bangalore and Boston or at an upcoming President's lunch.
