Zbynek Loebl is a partner of CEAG (www.ceag.biz) and head of its E-Economy practice group. He is a specialist in Internet law, E-commerce law, intellectual property law, telecommunications, technology law, legal issues related to direct investment, and general commercial legal matters. He has extensive transactional and advisory experience representing the Czech government and its agencies, strategic and financial investors, as well as multinational corporations and owners and managers of dynamic companies in these sectors. Mr. Loebl is the Czech representative of IT Law Group Europe, an affiliation of leading information technology attorneys throughout Europe, a member of the Appeal Board of the Czech Office for the Protection of Personal Data, a WIPO panelist for international domain name disputes and also a panelist of the Czech Arbitration Court for .eu related disputes. Mr. Loebl is fluent in Czech, English, Russian, proficient in Spanish, and literate in French.
