- He has partecipated, as rapporteur, chairman and organizing, to many national and international congresses related to IT and industrial law.
- For ten years he has been co-ordinator of the legal board of ASSOFT (Italian Association for Software's Protection), and advisor of BSA (Business Software Alliance).
- He is Member of the Board of Directors of ANGAP (Italian Association for Privacy's Protection).
