Bio:
Peter Huppertz has worked on IT, data protection, advertising and e-Commerce legal issues since 1998. He is specialized in the fields of IT/IP related M&A work, contract drafting (standard contracts, general terms and conditions of business, agency agree-ments) as well as legal project management of complex licensing, e-commerce and IT projects (especially IT- and BPO-Outsourcing). A further specialty includes IT litiga-tion (software defects and software infringement cases). Peter Huppertz publishes regularly and delivers lectures at trade-specific events. He is an expert lecturer at the TÜV-Akademie Rheinland/Brandenburg for IT law and for the German Lawyer Academy (Deutsche Anwaltakademie).
