Bio:
Paul has over 15 years experience of advising in the technology sector. Paul specialises in advising leading service providers and technology users in all areas of intellectual property, information technology and internet law, including advising on the procurement, licensing, development and outsourcing of computer systems. Paul has considerable experience of advising on technology and business process outsourcing projects particularly in the financial services and public sectors.

Paul is a regular speaker at Technology Law conferences including the International Technology Law Association's European IT conferences. Paul also lectures for the Bristol University Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice.
