Ole Horsfeldt is a member of Bech-Bruun's IT, IPR and entertainment group. The group advises on all legal aspects of trademarks, copyrights, patents, entertainment, information technology, media, e-commerce and marketing, including litigation. Furthermore, the group performs legal audits and due diligence reviews and handles large complex matters such as outsourcing contracts, tenders and procurement, compliance programmes, etc.

Today, Ole Horsfeldt's primary fields of expertise are IT law, outsourcing of business processes, IT systems procurement, software and telecommunications. In addition, he specialises in complex systems acquisition and has advised on numerous transactions both as lead negotiator and in less comprehensive advisory roles. His work includes general outsourcing of computer services, payroll outsourcing, systems development, maintenance outsourcing, SAP and Oracle Financials acquisition and implementation.

Moreover his practice focuses on project and contract management and project rescue including dispute resolution related to IT projects. Ole Horsfeldt acts for public institutions and private companies and has represented suppliers as well as customers.
