Bio:

Katheryn A. Andresen is a partner of the law firm of BSSDA - Bonnabeau, Salyers, Stites, Doe & Andresen, LLC. Ms. Andresen has experience preparing, reviewing and negotiating software development, licensing, maintenance, assignments, Internet, ASP, and other information technology contracts. She also has extensive experience with trademarks, copyrights and litigation.

Ms. Andresen is a frequent guest speaker on IT related matters, including several seminars for the International Technology Law Association, and has published several articles on technology subjects. She is currently completing a book on Computer Law to be published by West Publishing in the spring of 2007. She is a past Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Computer Law Section and is also a member of the ABA and its Business Law Section.
