President of the Computer Law Association (CLA) from 2004 to 2005. Chair of the Advisory Board of ABDI - Brazilian Informatics and Telecommunications Law Association. Vice-President of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce in São Paulo.
Usually assists the Canadian Consulate in São Paulo and other US and Canadian Governmental Entities by presenting legal briefings on doing business in Brazil.
Articles published in Brazil and abroad on telecommunications, computer law, technology transfer rules, the treatment of foreign capital in Brazil, and licensing.
