Bio:
Aparna Viswanathan received her A.B. degree from Harvard University and J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. She is called to the Bar in England (member of Lincoln's Inn), and is also admitted to the Bar in New York, Washington D.C., California and India. After practicing with large firms in New York City and Los Angeles, in 1995, Ms. Viswanathan founded Viswanathan & Co., Advocates, a law firm which represents U.S. and European companies doing business in India and which now has offices in New Delhi, Bangalore and London. Ms. Viswanathan has over 50 publications in international law journals to her name and advises clients in Italian, French, Spanish and English.
