Amanda Lewis is a partner at Berwin Leighton Paisner solicitors. Before moving to Berwin Leighton Paisner she worked in house in Fujitsu for six years. Amanda specialises in all types of IT agreements including in particular IT and business process outsourcing agreements. Over the last 20 years, she has negotiated over 140 major outsourcing agreements in the financial services, utility, public and retail sectors. Amanda has written a leading book on outsourcing which provides practical advice on how to prepare for, negotiate and manage outsourcing projects. She speaks regularly at conferences.
