Bio:
Anja is Head of the Van Doorne Outsourcing & Offshoring Team and Partner in the IP/IT Group. Anja specializes in representing clients on business process and information technology outsourcing, intellectual property audits on software portfolio's, e-commerce and IT contracts. She has particular expertise in advising larger clients in the IT industry and the financial, insurance and publishing sectors.

Anja regularly writes articles on outsourcing and IT licenses, and frequently speaks at conferences in the Netherlands and abroad. She (co-)organizes and speaks at IT seminars for leading organizations, most recently for the Computer Law Association (CLA), Amsterdam, 2004, and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), Amsterdam, 2005.

Anja has been recognized as an IT, E-commerce and outsourcing expert and educates at the Grotius IT specialization course. Anja published two IT law books (with Elisabeth Thole) on the millennium problem (1998) and e-commerce (2001).

Anja holds law degrees both from the University of Amsterdam and New York University Law School.

Anja is a member of the Vereniging voor informatica Recht advocaten, Nederlandse Vereniging voor Informatietechnologie en Recht, Computer Law Association and International Association of Young Lawyers.
