Olav Torvund

Olav Torvund is professor at Norwegian Research Center for Computers and Law at University of Oslo and partner in the law firm Bing Hodneland DA. He is working mainly with intellectual property, e-commerce, IT-contracts and financial law. Olav Torvund has published books on, among other subjects, payments systems, law on monetary obligations and IT-contracts. He has also published a number of articles on these subjects, as well as on intellectual property law.
