Ceylin Beyli is an experienced attorney-at-law. Her boutique law firm has a specific focus in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Practices. Within the IT practice, Ms. Beyli advises clients in relation to data protection, domain disputes, music sharing, online gaming and gambling, computer software, databases and portals. Within the IP practice, Ms. Beyli has been involved in several court actions in Turkey and has counselled various foreign clients regarding their strategies, legal disputes and settlement agreements. She has represented clients before international bodies, such as WIPO.
Ms. Beyli is a registered attorney with the Istanbul Bar Association, and she is a registered trademark attorney with the Turkish Patent Institute. She graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law, and she received her LL.M degree from Leeds University School of Law in 2003. Ms. Beyli is nominated by Who's Who Legal as the leading legal practitioner in Turkey on Internet, E-Commerce and Data Protection matters in 2010 and 2011. She has published several articles and has co-written books and reports, especially on comparative studies regarding data protection, and she regularly speaks and presents papers at conferences.
