Who should attend the ITechLaw 2007 European Conference?
As the premier association of international technology law experts worldwide, ITechLaw's European Conference presents sessions that appeal to a broad range of audiences including:

What does my registration fee include?
Your registration includes admission to the conference sessions, access to speaker presentations, list of attendees, access to exhibits, breakfast and lunch each day, and entrance to the Welcome Reception. The Gala Reception and Dinner is not included and must be purchased separately.

Can I register for the meeting onsite?
Yes, you may register onsite at the meeting. However, only credit cards will be accepted for on-site registrations; checks and cash will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full for entrance to the conference. We strongly encourage you to register in advance so that you will have a speedier check-in when you arrive at the meeting.

Will I receive a refund if I have to cancel my registration?
Refunds are available based on when you cancel. Cancellations made on or before September 28, 2007 will be refunded 100% of registration fee, less a £12.50 administrative fee to cover the cost of processing. Cancellations made from September 29 to October 19, 2007 will be refunded 50% of registration fee, less a £12.50 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations made after October 20, 2007 or for no-shows. You may substitute another person from your firm or company if you are unable to attend. Requests for refunds or substitutions may be submitted via email to memberservices@itechlaw.org, or call +1 (781) 876-8877.

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
For registrations made online, confirmation of registration will be immediately sent via email. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you do not receive your confirmation after 30 days, please call +1 (781) 876-8877 or e-mail memberservices@itechlaw.org.

Will I receive a receipt for my registration?
Your email confirmation will also serve as your meeting registration receipt. If you need something more detailed, please call +1 (781) 876-8877 or e-mail memberservices@itechlaw.org.

I have registered for the meeting but would like to make changes to my name on my badge. How do I do this?
Your meeting badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so onsite at the meeting registration desk.

Which hotel has a room block for this meeting? What are the rates?

Where can I get information about London airports and transportation options to the hotel?
For information on transportation to and from Heathrow Airport, visit www.heathrowairport.com. For information on transportation to and from Gatwick Airport, visit www.gatwickairport.com. In either website, click on "To and From Our Airport". We recommend you utilize the London Underground (i.e. "the Tube") for transportation to and from Merchant Taylors' Hall and the other conference event venues. Taxis are also readily available throughout London.

What is the dress code for the European Conference?
Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events at the ITechLaw 2007 European Conference. At the Gala Reception and Dinner, black tie is encouraged but cocktail or business attire is also acceptable.

Will I have Internet Access while at the meeting?
Wireless internet access will be available during meeting hours in ITechLaw's "Connection Café", located near the main meeting room.

Tell me more about the Gala Reception and Dinner.
The Gala Reception and Dinner is the centerpiece of the European Conference. This year it will take place in the beautiful and historic Gibson Hall. All attendees of the ITechLaw European Conference are invited to attend. Tickets must be purchased separately when you register for the meeting. Tickets will be available for purchase through October 19th and will not be available to purchase onsite at the meeting. Please note that this event may sell out in advance of the deadline.

Will there be vegetarian or other dietary meal options at the European Conference and Gala Dinner?
Yes. Vegetarian options will be made available at the lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options will be available upon request; please notify the wait staff upon being seated for the dinner. For other dietary needs (such as kosher, gluten-free, etc.), please contact memberservices@itechlaw.org in advance to discuss your requirements.

Can I receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for attending the ITechLaw European Conference?
ITechLaw is not a certified CLE provider but credits can be awarded in various jurisdictions through individual study application. You may request a letter confirming your registration (not attendance) for the meeting by contacting memberservices@itechlaw.org.
