Taxis are always available; please allow for extra time due to heavy London traffic. The London Tube (underground) system is extensive and easy to use. Please check-in with the Registration Desk upon arriving at the conference. AttireAll meetings are business casual attire. The Welcome Reception and Closing Reception are business casual attire. Black Tie is encouraged at the Gala Reception and Dinner. Welcome ReceptionAll attendees are invited to attend the Welcome Reception. Please join us for light fare, good conversation and cocktails. The Welcome Reception will take place in the Old Hall at Lincoln’s Inn on Wednesday, 31 October, from 19.00–21.00. Please click here for more information. Gala Reception and DinnerThe Gala Reception and Dinner will take place on Thursday, 1 November, beginning at 19.00. A separate ticket must be purchased to attend this event. Tickets may be purchased through the online registration system. The deadline for purchasing Gala Dinner tickets is Thursday, 25 October. Black Tie attire is encouraged for this event. Closing ReceptionAll attendees are invited to attend the Closing Reception, immediately following the closing of the conference on Friday afternoon. The reception will take place at the New Moon Pub, a local historic pub in Leadenhall Market, which has been featured in many well-known films, including ‘Tomb Raider’ with Angelina Jolie and James Bond films. Name BadgesName badges must be worn for admittance to all meetings, meals, and the Gala Reception and Dinner. Please pick up your name badge when you check-in at the Registration Desk. Internet AccessThe ITechLaw Internet Café will be located in the Court Room. It offers you wireless Internet access at no charge and is open throughout the conference on Thursday and Friday. Adaptors and converters will not be available so if your laptop requires these for power, please be sure to bring your own. The Internet Café is your place to catch up on e-mail and to hold small meetings. MealsContinental breakfast will be available from 8.00-9.00 a.m. Thursday and Friday; Buffet lunch will be served from 13.00-14.30 p.m. Thursday and Friday.
