Mr. Cai discussed the challenges and recent trends in relation to the recovery of Chinese (.cn) domain names through alternative dispute resolution proceedings, the impact of the new registration requirements in relation to domain names in the .cn country code top level domain (ccTLD), and the new rules of recovery of Chinese Internet keywords.
