About the eBulletin

ITechLaw's eBulletin is the association's journal for publication of articles, case studies and legal developments submitted by its members. It is published in an entirely electronic format distributed via email summary links to the entire membership and website download. ITechLaw endeavors to present timely topics on technology law and accepts contributions on a rolling basis.

Benefit to Members

Contributing to the eBulletin has many rewards for members. It showcases the author's expertise in a format that becomes a permanent resource as it is archived and searchable. Contributing an article to the eBulletin educates colleagues on interesting aspects of tech law and gets noticed among peers. It also helps keep authors "sharp" and engaged in ongoing scholarship in the field. This often leads to an invitation to speak at an ITechLaw conference as we are always on the lookout for timely topics and presenters "who know their stuff."
