What’s New?
The E-Commerce Committee is currently seeking input for its 2010/2011 e-Commerce Legal Developments Survey, the fourth annual survey undertaken by the ITechLaw e-Commerce Law Committee. The survey will provide an overview of the most significant e-Commerce legal developments in their jurisdiction in 2010 and what are likely to be the most significant e-Commerce legal developments in 2011. The survey analyses the responses and identifies emerging e-Commerce legal trends in ITechLaw member countries.
ITechLaw members interested in contributing a questionnaire as part of this survey should please contact Don McAleese, E-Commerce Committee Co-Chair, for additional information.
The 2009/2010 survey received 22 submissions from 17 jurisdictions and for the first time covers Russia and Serbia.
