Theresa A. Melroy

Theresa Melroy is Associate General Counsel for W.W. Grainger, Inc. with overall responsibility to provide legal services for the Company's compliance initiatives. Additional responsibilities include: information technology, privacy, security, and deployment policies and agreements; supply chain and commercial transactions; and HR benefits and HIPAA compliance.

Ms. Melroy received her Juris Doctorate with Honors from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Kansas State University. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Corporate Counsel Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. She has spoken at various conferences sponsored by the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and the Association for Continuing Legal Education on e-commerce topics.
