Robert M. Weiss is a partner in Neal Gerber Eisenberg's Information Technology Practice Group. Rob's practice focuses on complex technology transactions. He represents clients worldwide in a variety of matters, including technology development and licensing projects, ERP implementations, infrastructure and business process outsourcings, systems integrations, ASP and web hosting agreements and telecommunications procurements.
Rob has practiced exclusively in the area of information technology law for over a decade. He speaks and writes regularly on subjects associated with information technology. Rob has published articles and been quoted in many newspapers, journals and other media outlets, including the Los Angeles Times, CNN Money, CFO Magazine, Computerworld, Journal of Internet Law, the University of Virginia Journal of Law and Technology, and the Health Information Privacy/Security Alert.
