Having worked in computer and IT law for over 30 years, Nigel Wildish has worked solely as a specialist IT, outsourcing and e-commerce lawyer since the early 1990s.

With a background of both litigation and corporate law, he has experience of procurements and outsourcings on a national and international scale; licensing and partner/channel relationships of all kinds; intellectual property strategies for IT companies; e-commerce startups, financings, reviews and major contracts; data protection issues for the public sector and international companies within the financial, telephony, IT and data mining sectors; freedom of information rules for the public and private sector; and dispute avoidance and expert witness testimony.

He is author of several essays and member of several editorial advisors and correspondent of various juridical and scientific publications of different countries, with which he habitually cooperates. Director of the monthly review "DAT - Derecho de la Alta Tecnología"
