Cecilia M. Martaus
AT&T Services, San Antonio

Cecilia joined SBC in San Antonio on July 1, 2000 coming from BP Amoco in Cleveland, Ohio where she worked for five years. Prior to that she was employed by Ameritech Ohio for twelve years.

Cecilia is admitted in Ohio and Texas. She is a graduate of the University of Toledo and the Indiana University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude at both universities.

Cecilia presently provides legal support to Project Lightspeed as part of the IP Operations and Services group directed by Lea Ann Champion. Prior to that time she provided legal support to the Data Services companies.
