Amy-Lynne practices exclusively in the area of information technology law. She is listed in the Lexpert/American Lawyer Media publication's Leading 500 Lawyers in Canada as one of the leading Canadian Computer and Information Technology lawyers; the Lexpert-Thomson Guide to the Leading 100 Canada-US Cross-Border Corporate Lawyers in Canada as one of the seven top Canadian Cross-Border Technology Lawyers and in Best Lawyers in Canada. She is also recommended as a "Leading Individual" in IT in Chambers Global, The World's Leading Lawyers. Amy-Lynne advises on outsourcing, privacy, e-commerce and Internet issues, international and domestic agreements for systems and technology transfers. She is the immediate past-president of the International Technology Law Association and a past president of the Canadian IT Law Association (IT.Can) (2000-2002). Amy-Lynne has testified numerous times as an expert witness on outsourcing agreements and has served as an arbitrator on an international arbitration panel dealing with an IT dispute.
