Founder partner of the law firm ESTUDIO MILLÉ, his practice is specialized in the areas of intellectual property and high technology branches of laws.

In the Academic aspect, among other positions, he is Chairman of the "Instituto Latinoamericano de Alta Tecnología, Informática y Derecho ILATID" (Latin American Institute of High Technology, Computers and Law), Vice-president of the Instituto Interamericano de Derechos de Autor IIDA (Interamerican Copyright Institute), and Vice-president of the Technology Law Committee of the International Bar Association IBA. He is also a Professor in the Catholic University of Buenos Aires City.

He is author of several essays and member of several editorial advisors and correspondent of various juridical and scientific publications of different countries, with which he habitually cooperates. Director of the monthly review "DAT - Derecho de la Alta Tecnología"

He has organized and participated in several congresses and seminars related to his areas of specialization, being lecturer in conferences and courses in different countries.

He is part of the IPC of ICANN-DNSO and he is member of the Administrative Panel of WIPO Internet Domain Name Mediation and Arbitration Centre.

He is legal counselor of the Argentinian Chamber of Phonogram & Videogram Producers CAPIF and of the Argentinian Computer Industry CICOMRA. He is also Executive Secretary of the Committee of electronic commerce in the Argentine Chamber of Commerce.

He constantly acts in relation with the World Intellectual Property Organization and with UNESCO, for which he performs missions as counselor and expert.
