J. (“Jay”) T. Westermeier is of counsel at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP resident in the firm’s Reston, Virginia office. He is past president of the International Technology Law Association, Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, 2001 Burton Award recipient for legal excellence, and the only lawyer to receive the Distinguished Information Sciences Award from the Association of Information Technology Professionals.
Mr. Westermeier serves on, or has served on, many editorial boards, contributes to a number of legal treatises and is a U.S. correspondent for Computer Law Review International.
