Please send all speaker related materials (biographies, photos, papers and presentations) to email@example.com. Bios and photos should be submitted on or before 1 September 2009; papers and presentations should be submitted on or before 16 October 2009.
How do I become a sponsor and exhibit at the European Conference?

May I register onsite for the conference?
Yes, you may register onsite at the conference. However, only credit cards will be accepted for on-site registrations; checks and cash will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference. We strongly encourage you to register in advance so that you will have a speedier check-in when you arrive at the meeting.
What does my registration fee include?
Your registration includes admission to the conference sessions, access to speaker presentations and papers, a comprehensive attendee list, access to exhibits, daily breakfast and lunch, and admittance to the Welcome Reception. The Gala Reception and Dinner is not included and must be purchased separately.
Will I receive a refund if I have to cancel my registration?
Refunds are available based on when you cancel. Cancellations made on or before 1 October 2009 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card fees and a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made from 2 October 2009 to 21 October 2009 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card fees and a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after 22 October 2009 or for no-shows. You may substitute another person from your firm or company if you are unable to attend. Requests for refunds in accordance with this policy or substitutions may be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call (+1) 781-876-8877.
Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
For registrations made online, confirmation of registration will be immediately sent via email. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you do not receive your confirmation after 30 days, please call +1 (781) 876-8877 or e-mail email@example.com.
Will I receive a receipt for my registration?
Your email confirmation will also serve as your conference registration receipt. Please call +1 (781) 876-8877 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
I have registered for the conference but would like to make changes to my name on my badge. How do I do this?
Your meeting badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so onsite at the conference registration desk. Or you may contact email@example.com with your requested change prior to the conference.
Can I receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for attending the ITechLaw World Technology Law Conference?
ITechLaw is not a certified CLE provider but credits can be awarded in various jurisdictions through individual study application. You may request a letter confirming your registration (not attendance) for the meeting by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. What is the dress code for the World Technology Law Conference?
Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events at the ITechLaw 2009 European Conference. At the Gala Reception and Dinner, for which tickets must be purchased separately during the registration process, black tie attire is strongly encouraged; however, cocktail or business attire is also acceptable.
Tell me more about the Gala Reception and Dinner.
The Gala Reception and Dinner, which is a black tie optional event, is the centerpiece of the European Conference. This year it will take place at the fascinating Belgian Comic Strip Center. All attendees of the ITechLaw Conference are invited to attend. Tickets must be purchased separately when you register for the meeting. Tickets will be available for purchase through Friday, 30 October 2009 and will not be available to purchase onsite at the meeting. Will there be vegetarian or other dietary meal options at the Conference and Gala Dinner?
Yes. Vegetarian options will be made available at the lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request; please contact email@example.com in advance with your request. For other dietary needs (such as kosher, gluten-free, etc.), please notify firstname.lastname@example.org of your requirements in advance.
