Diana J. P. McKenzie has a nationwide practice focused on providing practical and strategic legal advice to clients on significant technology, privacy and security, and electronic commerce transactions.
Ms. McKenzie has specialized in information technology law since 1985. Recent technology contracts include a wide variety of: outsourcing, business process outsourcing, ASP, ERP and systems integration, strategic alliance, Web hosting, electronic commerce, acquisition, license, development and service agreements.
Ms. McKenzie is a nationally recognized writer and an internationally recognized speaker on technology and electronic commerce law. She has a background in computer programming.
She has been selected as one of America’s Leading Lawyers for Business in Technology and IT Outsourcing by Chambers USA, as one of the top lawyers in the U.S.A. in information technology law by The Best Lawyers in America, and as an Illinois Super Lawyer. She is a Past President, Officer and Director of ITechLaw and is currently an Advisory Board member.
Ms. McKenzie is admitted to the bar in Georgia and Illinois. She received a B.A., magna cum laude, from Kenyon College, and an M.B.A. and a J.D. from Emory University.
