What does my registration fee include?
Your registration includes admission to the conference sessions, access to speaker presentations and papers, a comprehensive attendee list, access to exhibits, daily breakfast and lunch, and admittance to the Welcome Reception. The Gala Reception and Dinner is not included and must be purchased separately. To purchase tickets for the Gala Reception and Dinner, click here.
Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
For registrations made online, confirmation of registration will be immediately sent via email. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you do not receive your confirmation after 30 days, please call +1 (781) 876-8877 or e-mail email@example.com.
Will I receive a receipt for my registration?
Your email confirmation will also serve as your conference registration receipt. Please call +1 (781) 876-8877 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
May I register onsite for the conference?
Yes, you may register onsite at the conference. However, only credit cards will be accepted for onsite registrations; checks and cash will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference. We strongly encourage you to register in advance so that you will have a speedier check-in when you arrive at the meeting.
Will I receive a refund if I have to cancel my registration?
Refunds are available based on when you cancel. Cancellations made on or before April 14, 2010 will be refunded 100% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card fees and a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made from April 15, 2010 to May 4, 2010 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee, less applicable credit card fees and a $25 administrative fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations made on or after May 5, 2010 or for no-shows. You may substitute another person from your firm or company if you are unable to attend. Requests for refunds in accordance with this policy or substitutions may be submitted via email to email@example.com, or call (+1) 781-876-8877.
What are the deadlines and terms for refunds if I need to cancel my registration?
- On or before April 14, 2010 – 100% refund (less $25 admin fee plus 3% credit card fee, if applicable)
- April 15, 2010 – May 4, 2010 – 50% refund (less $25 admin fee and 3% credit card fee, if applicable)
- On or after May 5, 2010 – No refund available
I have registered for the conference but would like to make changes to my name on my badge. How do I do this?
Your meeting badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so online via our registration system with your username and password set up during the registration process, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Alternatively, you may request a new badge onsite at the ITechLaw 2010 World Technology Conference and Annual Meeting at the conference registration desk.
Can I receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for attending the ITechLaw World Technology Law Conference & Annual Meeting?
The ITechLaw 2010 World Technology Law Conference & Annual Meeting is seeking CLE accreditation in multiple states. Please check back for frequent updates on states in which the conference is accredited or in which accreditation is pending. We will continue to provide updates as they are available.

What is the dress code for the ITechLaw 2010 World Technology Law Conference & Annual Meeting?
Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events at the ITechLaw 2010 World Technology Law Conference. At the Gala Reception and Dinner, for which tickets must be purchased separately during the registration process, black tie attire is strongly encouraged; however, cocktail or business attire is also acceptable.
Who can attend the Welcome Reception at the Charles Hotel the evening of May 19, 2010, and do I need to purchase a separate ticket to attend?
All attendees of the ITechLaw Conference are invited to attend the Welcome Reception the evening before the 2010 World Technology Conference & Annual Meeting. A separate ticket is not required for the Welcome Reception, and there is no charge to attend this event. However, we do request that you note your planned attendance at this reception during the online registration process.
What is the Gala Reception and Dinner?
The Gala Reception and Dinner, which is a black tie encouraged event, is the centerpiece of the ITechLaw 2010 World Technology Law Conference and Annual Meeting. This year it will take place at the MIT Museum. Tickets must be purchased separately when you register for the meeting. Tickets will be available for purchase through Friday, May 14, 2010 and will not be available to purchase onsite at the meeting. Please note that this event may sell out in advance of the deadline. Will there be vegetarian or other dietary meal options at the Conference and Gala Dinner?
Yes. Vegetarian options will be made available at the Welcome Reception and lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request. Please note your dietary requirements during the online registration process, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org in advance with your request and dietary restrictions (kosher, gluten-free, etc.).

Complimentary Internet access (wi-fi) will be available in all guestrooms booked under the ITechLaw guestroom block. Wireless access will also be available in the conference areas and at the ITechLaw Internet Café.
