Diane Mullenex
Founding Partner, Head of the Technology Media & Telecommunication Practice, Paris

French Avocat and English Solicitor, Diane Mullenex started her career in Singapore in 1994 and worked for more than seven years in South-East Asia, before coming back to practice and create her own firm in France in 2001. Ms. Mullenex specializes in Telecommunications, Technology and other regulated industries, such as gaming.  
 
Ms. Mullenex's work encompasses corporate, technology transactions and litigation in various
sectors, such as drafting network management agreements, setting-up e-gambling web sites and managing landmark cybercrime cases.  Her experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors has earned her the reputation of an expert.

She regularly advises governments on regulatory issues and has contributed to the French report leading to the opening of the gambling sector.  Diane is a Foreign Trade Advisor appointed by the French Government. Diane is also Vice Chair of the Communications Committee of the International Bar
Association.
