Associate, Clifford Chance LLP; Brussels

Ms. Ferti currently works as an associate with Clifford Chance LLP in Brussels.  She advises clients on intellectual property and information technology law, with special focus on the intersection of the latter with EU competition rules. 

She has also worked with the non-profit association One Laptop per Child, the Samuelson Law, Technology and Public Policy clinic, as well as the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization ("OTE") S.A..

A member of the Athens Bar, Ms. Ferti graduated cum laude from the Law School at the University of Athens.  She received her LL.M. degree from Berkeley Law at the University of California, Berkeley, where her thesis on validity and enforceability issues of the most frequently used free and open source license, the General Public License (“GPL”), received High Honors.
