Alexandra Néri heads the firm's Paris IP/IT group. She is an expert in contentious and non-contentious IP issues and is both a mediator and an arbitrator for the World Intellectual Property Organisation. She advises and litigates in all areas of intellectual property. Her litigation practice encompasses national and international infringement cases involving patents, trademarks, copyright, and design, as well as the misappropriation of know-how, unfair competition, and breach of licensing agreements. Her experience in litigation equally includes domain name litigation and online copyright and trademark infringement.
Ms. Néri advises on IT projects (outsourcing agreements, technology transfer and licensing agreements), international data protection and cross-border data flows, IT Security (encryption licenses) e-commerce (distance selling regulations and online advertisement) and dematerialisation (regulatory and contract aspects). She speaks fluent French, English, Italian and Greek.
