Sandra A. Jeskie

Sandra A. Jeskie has a diverse national practice focused on business and technology-based litigation, including commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, software litigation, e-commerce, and Internet law. She has served as a court-appointed Special Master in numerous cases involving technology and e-discovery. She is Vice-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association's Business Law section, co-chair of her firm's Information Technology and Telecom practice group and chair of the firm's e-discovery committee.
Ms. Jeskie has litigated complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and before arbitrators. Leveraging her experience as a computer scientist, Ms. Jeskie negotiates and drafts service agreements and Internet-content related agreements. She also counsels clients on privacy, security policies and practices, development projects, e-discovery and document retention.
Ms. Jeskie has taught at dozens of professional education conferences in the United States and around the world, and she was an adjunct professor at Rutgers School of Law. She has appeared on television programs and is quoted in numerous publications. She co-authored chapters in Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts and in The Woman Advocate. She was listed in Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition in 2009 and 2010, was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2009 and was recognized in the International Who's Who of Internet and e-Commerce Lawyers, 2009 and 2010.
Ms. Jeskie earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, magna cum laude. She holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. from LaSalle University.
