Which hotel has a room block for this conference? What are the rates?
A block of guestrooms has been set aside at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski at a discounted rate. The Deluxe Room Type is €260.00 for a single or €300.00 for a double. The Superior Deluxe Room Type is €300.00 for a single or €340.00 for a double – the number of rooms at this rate for the Superior Deluxe room type is limited. These rates do include the 19% VAT and services charges. The gourmet breakfast buffet at the hotel’s Restaurant Quarre is separate charged of €39.00 per person. What does my registration fee include?
Your registration includes admission to the conference sessions, access to speaker presentations and papers, a comprehensive attendee list, access to exhibits, daily breakfast and lunch, and admittance to the Welcome Reception. Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
For registrations made online, confirmation of registration will be immediately sent via email. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. Will I receive a receipt for my registration?
Your email confirmation will also serve as your conference registration receipt. Please call +1 (781) 876-8877 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
May I register onsite for the conference?
Yes, you may register onsite at the conference. However, only credit cards will be accepted for onsite registrations; checks and cash will not be accepted. Payment must be made in full for entry to the conference. We strongly encourage you to register in advance so that you will have a speedier check-in when you arrive at the meeting.
Will I receive a refund if I have to cancel my registration?

I have registered for the conference but would like to make changes to my name on my badge. How do I do this?
Your meeting badge will be created using the name and affiliation information submitted in your registration. If you would like to change the information on your badge, you may do so online via our registration system with your username and password, which will be set up during the registration process, or contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Alternatively, you may request a new badge onsite at the ITechLaw 2010 European Annual Meeting at the conference registration desk.
Can I receive Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for attending the ITechLaw World Technology Law Conference & Annual Meeting?

What is the dress code for the ITechLaw 2010 European Annual Meeting?
Business attire is encouraged for all meetings and events at the ITechLaw 2010 European Conference. At the Gala Reception and Dinner, for which tickets must be purchased separately during the registration process, black tie attire is strongly encouraged. However, cocktail or business attire is also acceptable.
Who can attend the Welcome Reception and do I need to purchase a separate ticket to attend?
All attendees of the ITechLaw Conference are invited to attend the Welcome Reception the evening before the 2010 European Annual Meeting. A separate ticket is not required for the Welcome Reception, and there is no charge to attend this event. However, we do request that you note your planned attendance at this reception during the online registration process.
What is the Gala Reception and Dinner?
The Gala Reception and Dinner, which is a black tie encouraged event, is the centerpiece of the ITechLaw 2010 European Annual Meeting. Tickets must be purchased separately when you register for the meeting. Please note that this event may sell out in advance of the deadline. Who can attend the Closing Reception and do I need to purchase a separate ticket to attend?
All attendees of the ITechLaw Conference are invited to attend the Closing Reception the last night of the 2010 European Annual Meeting. A separate ticket is not required for the Closing Reception, and there is no charge to attend this event. However, we do request that you note your planned attendance at this reception during the online registration process.
Will there be vegetarian or other dietary meal options at the Conference and Gala Dinner?
Yes. Vegetarian options will be made available at the Welcome Reception and lunch buffets. At the Gala Dinner, vegetarian options can be made available upon request. Please note your dietary requirements during the online registration process, or contact email@example.com in advance with your request and dietary restrictions (kosher, gluten-free, etc.).

Will I have Internet access while at the conference?
Complimentary wireless access will be available at the ITechLaw Internet Café throughout the two conference days. The internet cost in your hotel room is 18.00 Euros for 24 hours for LAN access and 27.00 Euros for 24 hours for WLan access.
