Anja Dekhuijzen is a leader in the field of IT, outsourcing and telecommunications law. She frequently advises clients on outsourcing, IT contracts, IT disputes and liability, telecommunications and e-commerce. She is Co-President of the Outsourcing Committee of ITechLaw. She writes columns about the legal aspects of outsourcing in Outsource Magazine, and she is a member of jury for the annual awards for the best Dutch outsourcing project (Tommies). Mentioned and ranked for several years in both Legal 500 EMEA and Chambers respectively for her skills in this area, she is a prolific writer and frequent speaker. This year Ms. Dekhuijzen speaks about liability, a topic on which she also lectured at the Dutch VIRA Grotius Academy.
