Vyacheslav Khayryuzov

Vyacheslav Khayryuzov is a lawyer whose practice areas include civil law, private international law, intellectual property law, patent law, international copyright law and software law. He has acted for a number of clients in the area of IT/telecommunications law, advising international and Russian companies in a variety of projects.
Mr. Khayryuzov pursued his legal studies at Moscow State Law Academy (MGYuA) and graduated with honors, majoring in Private International Law. He is a qualified legal translator of the Moscow State Law Academy and he has experience at major Russian and international law firms in Moscow. He also served as Assistant to a State Duma Deputy. He joined Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz in 2007.
Mr. Khayryuzov's publications include "Regulation of Letters of Intent under English law," in the legal magazine Kollegia; "Problems of cross-border insolvency regulation," in the magazine Pravo I Politika (Law and Politics), and comments on Russian intellectual property law problems in view of the Russian Federation entry to WTO, in the newspaper Argumenty i facty.
